Farm Angling Centre offers a quality coarse
fishing holiday suitable for the specimen angler in one of
six ponds and lakes set in a
beautiful sheltered valley. Accommodation
set in the Countryside with magnificent hill top views luxury
self-catering cottages. Free use of large indoor heated swimming pool.
There is 40 private acres to walk
and picnic including private woodland walks with badger set
in all a haven for wildlife. Dogs
are welcome in 3 cottages. Newbarn Farm is close
to Paignton, Torquay, Totnes & the South Hams area of South Devon all
wonderful places to visit.
Newbarn Farm
welcomes visitors of all ages and children are welcome. The play room
built into a barn is very popular with all ages, especially with the
skittle alley and the basketball net. Outside play area for children
with swings, slide and adult size trampoline with safety net. |
The Angling Centre
Quality Coarse fishing suitable for the pleasure or
specimen angler. Different lakes suitable for beginners,
juniors and experts. Free tuition to anglers hiring
equipment.
6 Ponds/lakes open to day ticket fishing - stocked with
coarse fish - carp, roach, tench, perch, bream. Special
prices and concessions are available to holiday

| The Accommodation
6 Luxury Cottages in the
Countryside with magnificent hilltop views. Graded 4
STARS by the English Tourist Council
Six cottages four of which are newly built to a very
high standard, the other two are apartments type
cottages and are situated in the very large farmhouse
with there own entrances. All the cottages are extremely
well equipped and are furnished to a high standard with
comfortable beds and furniture. See bottom of this page
for list of equipment included. Guests comment on how
peaceful and tranquil it is even though we are only a
few miles from town. It helps having a half mile private
track!

All cottages and apartments have the following equipment
provided: Electric hob, turbo oven, microwave,
fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, cafeteria,
cooking equipment, crockery, cutlery, etc ,torch, TV,
video CD/cassette/radio, steam iron, ironing board, hair
dryer and patio furniture. All have central heating (we
sometimes provide an additional portable electric
heaters). There is an on-site laundry facility with coin
operated washing machines, tumble dryers plus rotary
lines. Charcoal bar-bee-ques.
