Apple Mill is a beautiful Grade II listed property available for your holiday rent across the year and we welcome your enquiries. Burrows is a detached barn conversion in a Grade II listed setting near to Apple Mill. Both properties have secluded, private gardens.

Burrows and Apple Mill Holiday Cottages are located only four miles from Sidmouth.

Burrows is a luxurious Devon retreat only four miles from the stunning Jurassic coast. Sleeps six plus cot.  Sorry, no dogs.

Burrows is a luxurious Devon retreat only four miles from the stunning Jurassic coast. Sleeps six plus cot. Features of the property: Exposed beams throughout Vaulted ceilings with original beams.

The holiday cottage accommodation includes: Ground floor live in kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Two ground floor double bedrooms each with a 5ft bed with en-suite bath and shower. Ground floor twin bedroom with two 3ft beds. Enclosed garden (garden furniture available) Parking for three vehicles

Guests have the use of the following:
Wi Fi, Oil fired central heating, Wood burning stove, Range style cooker with a gas hob and electric oven, Dishwasher, Fridge/freezer, Microwave, Private water supply, Gas barbecue, Washing machine & Tumble Dryer, A cot and highchair are available by arrangement – please.

When renting Burrows Holiday Cottage all guests will have full use of the Woodbury Park Hotel facilities, including the fitness studio, fully equipped gym and twenty metre indoor pool with poolside sauna and Jacuzzi. The two golf courses can also be used but additional greens fees will be charged.

Whatever the weather there is always something to do for all with beaches at Sidmouth, Budleigh, Salterton, Beer, Branscombe and Exmouth.

Apple Mill is a stunning holiday cottage set in the beautiful Devon countryside, only four miles from Sidmouth.

Apple Mill Holiday Cottage is accessed via its own driveway and is within its own secluded, private garden and courtyard. Exposed wooden beams throughout the cottage.

Ground floor: sitting room, kitchen with dining area, double bedroom with a 5ft bed, twin bedroom with two 3ft beds
1st floor: double bedroom with a 4ft 6in bed, double bedroom with a 5ft bed, bathroom including a separate shower, ensuite shower room, ensuite bathroom with a separate shower
Walled courtyard area, Garden, Garden furniture also available.
