GENERAL CONDITIONS

Holidays start at 4.00pm on your first day, if you are going to be later than 7.30pm. please let us know so that arrangements can be made and end at 10am on the day of your departure.

 

We reserve the right to charge for damage done by guests, their family or pets, although we do not normally charge for minor breakages.

 

We hereby formally disclaim any liability for any losses or injury sustained by guests or their property except where negligence on the part of ourselves or our staff is legally provable.

 

We reserve the right to refuse any reservation request at our own discretion.

 

We reserve the right to terminate a reservation at any time and enter your accommodation giving reasonable notice except in the case of an emergency.

 

A 25% deposit is required on booking, the balance to be paid not later than four weeks before your holiday. Deposits are non-returnable and following receipt of your deposit there exists a legally binding contract for us to provide the booked accommodation and you in turn are legally bound to pay the balance even in the event of cancellation.  We therefore strongly recommend that you take out a "Holiday Cancellation Plan"  Should, on our part, we be unable to provide the accommodation booked our liability shall be limited to the sum paid at the time of cancellation. A holiday cancellation proposal form will be sent with your confirmation of booking.

 

CAMPSITE TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

 i.     Prices include use of showers & hot water  

 ii.     For advanced bookings – 25% deposit (min £30 or full fee) with balance payable on arrival  

iii.    Deposits are non-returnable once booking confirmed  

 iv.    All prices include VAT  

 v.     Pitches are available from 12 noon on day of arrival – and are to be vacated by 12 noon on day of   departure, except by special arrangement.  Arrivals not accepted after 8 PM.

 vi.    We reserve the right to terminate a reservation at our discretion at any time.

 

One well behaved pet will be considered BUT NOT DURING JULY/AUGUST. 

The Pets Code of Conduct must be complied with.

 

PET CODE OF CONDUCT   

In order that we can continue to allow dogs at Ruthern Valley, we must ask all dog owners to adhere to our Pets Code of Conduct as follows :- 
1.No part of the site is a “dog exercising area,” they must be exercised off the site at all times. Please keep your dog on a lead at all times whilst on the site - even for the short journey from car to accommodation.

2. Please do not allow your dog to foul any area of the grounds. In the event of an accident, please clean up 
after your dog and place the sealed bag , in your own dustbin - not a general one.

3. Please do not allow your dog into the bedrooms or on any of the furniture.

4. Please do not leave your dog unattended on site at any time.

5. Please do not allow your dog onto the children's play area. Children should not be left in charge of your dog unless they are fully aware of The Code of Conduct.

6. Please try to remove dog hairs from carpets and rugs. We are only too happy to lend you a hoover if you need one.

7. Please leave all windows open on the day of your departure.

8. No dogs during July/August in the camping fields.
