pages press the button under the design required insert your the
message, choose the colour of the
text and design and how you wish to pay.
Payment in Sterling either

Submission of the form will produce an invoice with our
contact details.
If you wish to
order more than one candle complete each form as usual.
Send
one cheque or make a card payment for the Total Amount.
If there is a
particular design you would like that is not shown
please contact us if we can do it we will.

payable to Linda Stein to the address on the
invoice If you do not have the facilities to print the
invoice keep a copy for your reference, and send your
