centres around the old Manor House at its heart and makes a

outdoor swimming pools, tennis and crazy golf to the
challenge of a mini assault course. Children will love the
fun activities provided by Sparky's Krew, while the Mix
offers teenagers the chance to learn new skills and meet new
friends.
In the evening the Manor House Show bar entertains the
whole family with cabaret, dancing and exciting shows. A
wealth of visitor attractions await in the surrounding area,
with the picturesque fishing village of Clovelly nearby,
dramatic Hartland Point and famous Westward Ho! a little
further along the coast.
The town most visited by Americans is undoubtedly
Bid-e-ford. Besides the sentimental interest experienced
when walking the old streets, Bideford is a pleasant, busy
little place and its surroundings are extremely beautiful.
Bideford is an ancient port on the River Torridge it's
quayside is also the main street. It was from Bideford that
Sir Richard Grenville, Frobisher, Hawkins, Drake, and
Raleigh sailed at various times when Bideford was Britain's
third largest Port.
Theme parks, gardens, museums and a host of walking and riding
opportunities are all within easy reach.
